Do All In The Name Of Jesus Christ

"And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. Colossians 3:17 (KJV)

"Whatsoever" refers to everything that we do as unto the LORD Jesus Christ. Nothing that we do is too small or insignificant in the eyes of God because we are doing all the things that we get to do for His name sake.

And, we are conscious of giving our best to the LORD by giving thanks to God and our Heavenly Father because we know that apart from the LORD Jesus Christ, we can do nothing. He is our source of life and power as our Vine while we are His branches.

Thus, let us be mindful of abiding in Jesus Christ throughout each day in all that we do as we allow the words of Colossians 3:17 to abide in our hearts.
